義子の俳句は世界的な広がりを見せて来ています。オーストリー・インスブルグ大学のフリードリッヒ・ラッハマイヤー教授は、義子の英訳句集「SAKURA」にいたく感激され、コンピュータソフト・パワーポイントを用いて、義子の英語俳句の可視化に挑戦されています。そこには、ラッハマイヤー教授の解釈された義子の俳句の世界が視覚的かつ動的に表現されています。(MicrosoftのOffice2003またはPower Point 2003以降のソフトを登載しているコンピュータですと鑑賞できます。各項目をクリックしていただくと、その俳句のパワーポイントスライドが立ち上がります。マウスの左クリックをして行くと、図画の展開とともに俳句を鑑賞することができます。)

1952 03, finish shelling - the lima beans; almost time - to say good-bye to mother

1953 01, snow at noonday - I wipe lipstick traces - from a Shino tea-bowl
